Introduce new young female. Co-exist and earn their trust. Craft a weapon. Rinse. Repeat. I kind of want something interesting to happen and for them to stop introducing new live-in waifus.

This manga story is one of the few that by the time the next chapter arrives I am in serious withdrawal fits and spasms. It makes the term patience is a virtue make sense. 🙂

She’s rightly impressed with the sword and the craftsmanship, and it seems like being the one to have the best thing is her primary motivation so far. But I would have expected Nylda to start showing some interest in Eizo by now, if for no other reason than because all the other women in the house are clearly obsessed with him and she always wants to win everything.
But I haven’t seen it yet, and I do expect that to be a development soon, which means it’s going to be like whiplash when she reverses from complete disinterest to sudden desire. A couple of thoughtful, lingering looks during the last two chapters would have really smoothed that transition. The questions over bread were a little too confrontational to accomplish the task.
That said, I’m loving this manga and grateful to have as much as we do.

I can already imagine what the situation would be like:

I can already imagine what the situation would be like:
“Look, mine has a signature.”
Then she put that smirk:
